The bad news just continues to come for the Kansas City Chiefs, and all of it seems to be coming at the same time – a day before kickoff against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Earlier on Saturday, the Chiefs announced that Kadarius Toney would be missing Sunday against the Raiders with an ankle and hip injury. Shortly after, they also announced that wide receiver Mecole Hardman would be placed on the Injured Reserve list.
The Chiefs drafted Hardman, and he won a Super Bowl with the team as a rookie in 2019 and then last season. However, this offseason, he decided to play with the New York Jets. Things didn't go great, and the Chiefs traded for him.
Now, he is going to miss at least four games and possibly more.
