Contract with the Kansas City Chiefs isn’t the only new deal that TE Travis Kelce inked this offseason
Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce teams up with iconic Tommy Hilfiger to become a Global Brand Ambassador and creative collaborator.
It’s Kansas City Chiefs TE Travis Kelce’s world, and we’re all just living in it.
The superstar tight end signed what is effectively a one-year deal to return to the Chiefs for the 2026 NFL season, putting off retirement from the league for at least one more year. There’s plenty of opportunity waiting for Kelce in life after the NFL. Networks are lining up to sign him as a commentator, Hollywood is looking at him for film opportunities, and more.
Some of that opportunity doesn’t have to wait until Kelce chooses to walk away from the NFL. Kelce’s latest venture is to dive deeper into the fashion world.
Chiefs TE Travis Kelce to become the next Global Brand Ambassador for Tommy Hilfiger
On Monday, March 30, Kelce was announced as the latest Global Brand Ambassador and creative collaborator for Tommy Hilfiger. The partnership will officially begin in Fall 2026 with Tommy Hilfiger’s New York and will continue in their Spring 2027 campaign with a design collaboration. Kelce will also wear classic and innovative Tommy Hilfiger styles on tunnel walks during 2026.
“Travis Kelce is one of the most magnetic figures in sport and culture today,” Tommy Hilfiger said, via press release. “He is at the forefront of a new generation of athletes expressing themselves through style, with a down-to-earth quality that people immediately connect with. I’m excited to see how he brings his fearless, fun-loving and bold take on Prep Made Current to fans around the world.”
Kelce, of course, is a bit of a fashionisto with his iconic gameday fits and his own personal True Kolors brand. He’s already collaborated with American Eagle, and this latest venture with Tommy Hilfiger will take him even deeper into the fashion world. It won’t be a surprise to see him bring his own flair and style to Hilfiger’s classic designs.
“I’ve long admired TOMMY HILFIGER as an iconic American brand,” Kelce said, via press release. “Ever since high school, when I used to ask my mom to buy Sailing Gear jackets, I’ve been drawn towards the brand’s confident style and over the years have respected its ability to be classic and consistent while still evolving. Getting to work with Tommy and put my own twist on timeless pieces, in a way that feels original for today, is a dream come true.”
Kelce will add to the Tommy Hilfiger legacy, which includes past brand ambassadors such as Rafael Nadal, Gigi Hadid, Lewis Hamilton, Zendaya, and Damson Idris. The partnership not only reflects Tommy Hilfiger’s focus on working with and co-creating with those who shape the world today, but also Kelce’s growing impact beyond the NFL.
