There are a lot of folks across the country who are banking on the Vols reaching the Final Four in this year's NCAA Tournament.
According to betting insights from BetMGM, the No. 3 seeded Vols are the most bet on team to reach the Final Four (+550).
Tennessee has the highest ticket percentage (raw number of bets) and the highest handle percentage (total amount wagered by bettors).
The Vols play their first NCAA Tournament game on Thursday at 1:45 PM CT/2:45 PM ET against No. 14 Longwood. The game will be broadcast on CBS.
If Tennessee beats Longwood on Thursday, they'll take on the winner of the Michigan/Colorado State on Saturday (Saturday's game times are still TBD).
A rematch with Michigan, who kept the Vols out of the Elite Eight in 2014, would be a nice revenge game for Tennessee. Though I'm not sure anyone on the current roster is too concerned about revenge against Michigan (not even John Fulkerson was around back then, nor was Rick Barnes). The Vols just want to advance, regardless of who they play.
