The Tennessee Vols weren't able to get a win against the Georgia Bulldogs this past weekend in Knoxville, but the atmosphere at Neyland Stadium, at least for part of the game, was electric.

Georgia wide receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint was asked after the game about the atmosphere and he told reporters that he felt like Neyland was louder in 2023 than it was in 2021 when the Bulldogs visited Knoxville.

"We understood that we were coming into an environment that was hostile and it was going to be loud," said Rosemy-Jacksaint. "And it was going to be us against them."

"Oh it was loud," continued Rosemy-Jacksaint when asked if it was as hostile as he expected. "I don't remember the last time [it being] this loud. We came here two years ago, it wasn't this loud. It was definitely loud (this year). The crowd definitely had an effect on the game."

Rosemy-Jacksaint made sure to add that it got "a little more quiet as the game went on", which is to be expected with the result already decided in the fourth quarter thanks to Georgia's big lead.

Tennessee fans have been through some tough times over the years, but they remain one of the most passionate fan bases in all of sports.
