Kaden Martin, the son of Tennessee Vols legend Tee Martin, announced his transfer destination on Tuesday. 

Martin previously played baseball for the Miami Hurricanes, but he entered the NCAA transfer portal earlier this spring. 

The dual-sport athlete (Martin was a quarterback at Knoxville Catholic, but he wasn't recruited by the Vols' current coaching staff) left Miami after spending one season with the Hurricanes.

On Tuesday, Martin announced that he'll be continuing his baseball career at East Tennessee State, just a short drive from Knoxville.

Martin's announcement comes just a day after he earned Appalachian League player of the week honors.
