A social media post from a key 2024 Tennessee Vols commit has UT fans concerned.

On Thursday morning, five-star offensive lineman Jordan Seaton shocked the college football world by committing to Colorado. Tennessee was viewed as one of the favorites for Seaton, but the talented offensive lineman chose to go to a program that's in the midst of a deep rebuild over Tennessee, Ohio State, Oregon, and Alabama.

The day before Seaton's commitment, four-star Vols commit Boo Carter posted a message to his Instagram story that said he and Seaton were a "lock".

Many fans, and apparently some recruiting analysts, interpreted that message to mean that Seaton would be joining Carter as a Tennessee commit.

After Seaton's commitment on Thursday, Carter posted another message to his Instagram story, which is the one that has some fans concerned about his commitment to the Vols.

Carter's message to Seaton said "you know what we said".

Who knows what that message means. But there's certainly reason for concern considering Colorado was going after Carter hard earlier this year. This is definitely something to monitor ahead of the early signing period that begins later this month.
