A 2024 four-star recruit from Warner Robins, GA massively trolled the Tennessee Vols this week.

Four-star safety Ricardo Jones announced his commitment to the Clemson Tigers on Tuesday.

But he took a shot at Tennessee before committing to the Tigers.

As Jones, the No. 12 player in the state of Georgia, announced his commitment, he put on a Tennessee hat and unzipped his jacket to reveal a black shirt with an orange Power T.

Jones then muttered "hell no" as he removed the Tennessee shirt to reveal a purple Clemson shirt.

Tennessee wasn't expected to land a commitment from Jones — Florida State was considered Clemson's biggest competition for the four-star safety.

In fact, Jones told On3 earlier this month that his decision was down to Clemson and Florida State.

“It’s Florida State or Clemson," said Jones. "That’s how I’m feeling right now. I’d say Clemson has the edge. It’s like a family vibe down there and Dabo (Swinney) treats me like I’m his son.”

This shouldn't annoy Tennessee fans too much. If anything, it's flattering. It shows that Tennessee is one of the more relevant schools in college football right now. And that's certainly a good thing for the Vols moving forward when it comes to recruiting. It's like the old adage says, there's no such thing as bad publicity.
