The Tennessee Vols' content team dropped a fantastic video on Friday morning that shows redshirt senior quarterback Joe Milton mic'd up at UT's first fall practice earlier this week.

The video shows Milton's personality, the way he interacts with teammates and his good-natured-yet-hard-working approach to practice.

One cool moment from that video that really stands out is when Milton is addressing his fellow quarterbacks.

Not only is Milton's leadership very evident, but the content of his message is perfect.

"Take care of the ball," says Milton. "Take care of your brothers, man. If no body don't know what's going on, that's our job. That's our part of having a red jersey. We got to help them out. I believe in y'all."

That's certainly a great example of leadership from Milton. Not only does he want to make sure that everyone knows what's happening on the field at all times, but he's putting on himself and the other quarterbacks to ensure that no one is lost.

Milton is laser-focused on getting better as a quarterback while also being laser-focused on being an elite leader.
