But the team isn't waiting until March 20 to start working.
The Vols have been working hard all winter. And on Wednesday, Tennessee dropped a video that showed the team competing against each other.
The video, which was released on Wednesday afternoon, shows an epic tug-of-war battle between various groups of players.
Coaches like Josh Heupel and secondary coach Willie Martinez are seen in the middle of the action providing some encouragement/motivation.

Tennessee will be facing some high expectations in 2023 after their breakout 2022 season that delivered 11 wins. It certainly appears they're already in midseason form when it comes to intensity. That's a great sign for the Vols as they look to prove that they're not a one-year wonder.
