The Tennessee Titans need to add depth at pass-catcher. They re-signed tight end Geoff Swaim earlier today, but they need more, especially at TE. That being said, wide receiver is still pretty high on their needs list. Many draft analysts are sending them a WR in the first round of mock drafts. Apparently, sports books believe they may have some interest in a former Pittsburgh Steelers receiver. That would be JuJu Smith-Schuster.
The Odds
If the Steelers don't bring back the former Pro Bowl WR, the Titans make plenty of sense. He is certainly a talented pass-catcher, and it would take some pressure off of Julio Jones and A.J. Brown. Not to mention, JuJu would most likely match up against many teams' third cornerback. That advantage would go to him and the Titans most of the time.
Smith-Schuster has fought injuries over the past few seasons. This may bring his price down quite a bit. 2018 was easily his best season when he had 111 receptions for 1,426 yards and seven touchdowns. Can he replicate that? It would be difficult behind Jones and Brown, but JuJu could still produce in the Titans' offense.
