The Tennessee Titans traded wide receiver A.J. Brown during the 2022 NFL Draft.
Everyone knows this. It has been a cloud over the offense so far this season. The move has also put tons of pressure on rookie wideout Treylon Burks as well.
Burks was looked at as the "replacement" for one of the best young receivers in the NFL. That is a tall task for anyone – let alone a rookie.
Throughout the season, Brown has taken plenty of little jabs at the Titans and their lack of production from the WR position this year.
He did that on Twitter once again during the second half of their game against the Kansas City Chiefs.
Brown is obviously laughing at the performance from the wide receivers for the Titans.
At the end of regulation, not a single wide receiver had a reception for Tennessee.
Malik Willis had thrown it to his tight ends and running backs only. The offense ran through running back Derrick Henry all night.
That should surprise no one when starting a backup rookie QB.
That being said, the Titans are going to overtime with one of the best teams in the NFL. Clearly, their offense is performing well enough to be quite competitive.
Brown has always been a character on social media, even during his days with the Titans.
Regardless, his banter about the Titans doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon.
