On Monday night, Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb went down with a gruesome knee injury and was carted off the field.

Many players have voiced their prayers and support for Chubb after going down, including Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry who posted a series of emojis expressing how he feels.

Chubb went down in the second quarter, with teammates rushing over to help their teammate get up. However, he was seen shaking his head at his teammates, remaining on the ground with trainers running over to him. Soon after, he was carted off and into the locker room.

Prior to getting injured, Chubb had 10 carries for 64 yards.

The injury was so bad that the broadcast would not show the replay.

Chubb injured the same knee that he had hurt on Oct. 10, 2015 when tearing his MCL, PCL, and LCL along with sustaining cartilage damage.

While the NFL is a competitive league, no one ever wants to see a player sustain such a nasty injury. Henry is a clear example of how football is more than just the game, with the Titans star back wanting to reach Chubb and express his sadness over the injury to the public.

Chubb was immediately ruled out of Monday's game. No further information has been released.
