Death. Taxes. DeAndre Hopkins discussions during this offseason. The Tennessee Titans sound like they are one of the frontrunner teams to add the former All-Pro wide receiver. They have connections, cap space flexibility, and the massive need at the position. Hopkins would slot in as WR1 for the team that could contend for the AFC South division title.
According to DraftKings Sportsbook, the Titans have merged as clear favorites to sign Hopkins. Their odds to make the move went from +500 yesterday to -300. Could a major signing be looming for Tennessee?
A discussion from analyst Michael Lombardi made social media waves yesterday. He said the he thinks that the Titans would pay up for Hopkins and make plenty of sense for him. Alas, that, alone, probably isn't enough to sway the odds quite this much. The shift is quite aggressive, so an update could be on the horizon for Titans fans. Keep an eye on it!
