According to Tennessee law, the crime is a Class C Felony. A guilty verdict can result in anywhere from 3-15 years in prison. According to WSMV4, Haskins was arrested on Thursday and released later that day.
Haskins appeared in 15 games as a rookie after the Titans selected him in the fourth round of the 2022 NFL Draft. He finished the year with 93 rushing yards on 25 attempts, which was good for an average of 3.7 yards per carry. He also added 11 receptions for 57-yards on 12 targets.
Haskins is currently fighting for a spot on the depth chart behind starter and All-Pro, Derrick Henry.
