After being released by the Tennessee Titans at the conclusion of the 2022 season, former Titans kicker Randy Bullock is getting an opportunity to revive his NFL career.

Eight different kickers signed free agent contracts with teams this offseason, but Bullock was not one of them after making 43 of his 51 field goal attempts with Tennessee over the last two seasons. But all hope is not lost for the 33-year-old Bullock's career.

According to a report from Mike Klis of KUSA, Bullock will be trying out for the Denver Broncos later this week.

Denver parted ways with long-time kicker Brandon McManus back in May after nine seasons with the team. Elliott Fry, a former AAF kicker who has kicked in three NFL games for three different NFL teams, was signed by the Broncos to compete for the job as McManus' replacement.

Bullock has an opportunity to earn a contract and an invite to training camp, and given Elliott is such an unproven commodity in the NFL, there may not be a better situation for a veteran like Bullock to win a job and revive his career. NFL kicking jobs are volatile, and sometimes a tryout is all it takes to re-open a closed door.

The Broncos are trying to contend under Sean Payton in 2023. Bullock's veteran status may be appealing to Payton and Denver, who are trying to surround Russell Wilson with as many reliable weapons as possible.

While the Titans move in a different direction and monitor a kicking competition between Caleb Shudak and NC State UDFA Trey Wolff, we may not have seen the last of Bullock in the National Football League.
