If anyone doubts that Tennessee Titans wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins is still an elite NFL player, they won't after seeing the catch the five-time Pro Bowler made on Friday during practice in Nashville.

The 31-year-old wide receiver made an impressive grab despite cornerback Kristian Fulton having perfect coverage on the play.

Hopkins tweeted the video on Thursday afternoon with the comment "I was told he doesn’t practice…".

The Titans have made big wide receiver signings in that past that failed to live up to the hype. Julio Jones and Robert Woods are the two most recent examples of moves that generated a lot of excitement from the fan base but ultimately failed to yield dividends.

It doesn't doesn't look like that will be the case with Hopkins. The former Clemson standout is still one of the best route runners in the NFL and he's still got plenty of speed. If he can consistently make catches like the one he made on Friday, then the Titans' offense is going to be a lot more dangerous in 2023 than folks are expecting.
