One of the Tennessee Vols' most recognizable traditions will be included in Charlotte on Saturday night for UT's matchup against the NC State Wolfpack.
Tennessee's end zone at Bank of America Stadium will be painted with the Vols' traditional checkerboards.
The last time Tennessee played in Charlotte (against West Virginia in 2018), the Vols' end zone was painted black with "Tennessee" written in orange.
The checkerboard is certainly a better look than the bland black and orange end zone.
Tennessee and NC State kick off at 7:00 PM ET on Saturday night.
