On Sunday night, former Tennessee Vols wide receiver Jauan Jennings became just the fourth former Vol to score a touchdown in the Super Bowl.
Jennings, who also threw a touchdown pass in San Francisco 49ers' loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, caught a touchdown pass from Brock Purdy in the second half of Super Bowl LVIII.
Jennings joined Alvin Harper, Jamal Lewis, and Malik Jackson as the only former Tennessee players to score a touchdown in a Super Bowl (sorry Peyton Manning, touchdown passes don't count as scoring a touchdown).
Harper caught a touchdown for the Dallas Cowboys from Troy Aikman in Super Bowl XXVII while Lewis rushed for a touchdown for the Baltimore Ravens in Super Bowl XXXV. Jackson, who has the only defensive touchdown in a Super Bowl by a former Vol, returned a fumble for a score for the Denver Broncos in Super Bowl 50.
Jennings' touchdown is the only touchdown in a Super Bowl by a former Vol that came in a loss.
