Drake, who is 35, grew up in Toronto. But he spent a lot of time in Memphis in the summers with his dad. Apparently, during that time, Drake grew fond of the Vols — at least to some extent.
On Friday, Drake posted a series of photos on Instagram, including a throwback photo of himself wearing a Tennessee jersey. Drake appears to be a teenager in the photo (which likely means it was the late 90s/early 2000s era).
Drake doesn't seem to have any loyalties these days when it comes to sports — he's often seen sporting merch from whatever program/team is hot at the time (and he often brings bad luck to teams via the "Drake curse").
But it's still pretty cool to see one of the most famous people on the planet wearing a Vols jersey as a youngster.
