The Tennessee Vols' latest addition to their 2026 recruiting class was named by 247Sports this week as a recruit who "boosted his stock" at the Navy All-American Bowl.

This past weekend, the Vols received a commitment from 2026 three-star offensive lineman Gabriel Osenda.

Osenda, 6-foot-7/330 lbs from Chattanooga, TN (he's originally from Canada), is rated in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 32 offensive tackle in the nation and the No. 10 player in the state of Tennessee.

247Spots' Gabe Brooks noted that Osenda "quickly showed he belonged" this past week at the Navy All-American Bowl after receiving first team reps at left tackle.

From 247Sports: Mammoth junior Gabriel Osenda quickly showed he belonged at Navy All-American Bowl week by getting first-team reps at left tackle for the East during his first practices. Osenda, who committed during Saturday's game to in-state Tennessee, possesses enormous physical specs. He's pushing 6-foot-7 and weighs 334 pounds, equipped with a 10+ hand measurement and an arm of 34 3/4 inches.

But the Canada native is more than just his on-paper numbers. Armed with an athletic background that includes basketball and hockey during his youth sports years, Osenda displayed impressive functional movement ability and range while competing against some of the best defenders in America throughout NAAB week.

Osenda doesn't have an overly impressive recruiting ranking at the moment, but that could change based on his performance at the Navy All-American Bowl. The former hockey player appears to be a recruit that's on the rise and it wouldn't be a surprise if he's elevated to four-star status by the time he signs with Tennessee later this year.

Georgia offered Osenda this past fall after the talented offensive lineman took a visit to Athens. The fact the Bulldogs offered Osenda after seeing him in person should make Vols fans feel even better about Tennessee landing the Baylor School standout.
