CBS Sports recently named an "under-the-radar" player on each top 25 college football team that has a chance to make an impact in the NFL and they went with a defensive player for the Tennessee Vols.

(Tennessee comes in at No. 16 in CBS Sports' pre-season top 25 rankings.)

The national sports media outlet named defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott as the Tennessee player who has a chance to make some noise in the NFL despite flying under-the-radar in college.

From CBS Sports: Norman-Lott has serious power and twitch. He can cave the pocket as well as slip off blocks to affect the quarterback. He excels in movement and does a nice job reading slides in pass protection to defeat the double team.

Norman-Lott started his career at Arizona State in 2020 before transferring to Tennessee after the 2022 season.

In his first season with the Vols, Norman-Lott quickly developed into a key player on Rocky Top, totaling 26 tackles (including 6.0 tackles for loss) and 5.5 sacks.

This isn't the first time this offseason that Norman-Lott has been pointed out as a player that's flying under-the-radar.

In late May, 247Sports named Norman-Lott as one of the 10 most underrated players in college football ahead of the 2024 season.
