The Tennessee Vols are one of two teams that appear to be the frontrunners for 2023 four-star defensive end Chandavian Bradley.

Bradley, 6-foot-5/210 lbs from Platte City, MO (Platte County), is ranked in 247Sports' composite rankings as the No. 3 EDGE rusher in the nation and the No. 38 overall player in the 2023 recruiting class.

Bradley recently released a top 10, but it appears to be the Vols and the Texas A&M Aggies that are standing out the most for the talented edge rusher.

Here's what Rivals.com national recruiting director Adam Gorney had to say this week about Bradley's recruitment:

Washington, Tennessee, USC, Oregon, Miami, Florida State, LSU, Auburn, Texas A&M and Clemson made the top 10 for Bradley but it’s been the Aggies and the Volunteers who have especially caught his attention the most recently. The Platte City (Mo.) Platte County four-star defensive end will be in College Station next weekend and it could further push the Aggies toward the top of the list.

The Vols have been recruiting well on the offensive side of the ball lately, but if they're going to compete for SEC championships, they have to land players like Bradley.

Tennesee is in a good spot in this battle. Texas A&M, though, is going to be tough to beat out for Bradley. The Vols need to find a way to bring this kid to Rocky Top.

There are still eight months to go until the early signing period, so there's plenty of time for the Vols to outbattle the Aggies for Bradley's signature.
