Tennessee Vols legend Tee Martin has a new job in the NFL.
Martin is still with the Baltimore Ravens — the team that hired him in early 2021 — but he'll be in a new role in 2023.
The former Vol was initially hired by the Ravens as the team's wide receivers coach.
On Wednesday, the Ravens announced that Martin will be the franchise's new quarterbacks coach.
"I am excited for Tee to take on the responsibility of being our quarterbacks coach," said Ravens head coach John Harbaugh in a statement. "Tee has coached every aspect of the passing game and has played and coached the quarterback position at the highest levels. A dynamic and dedicated coach, he is a high-character individual who is uniquely qualified to build upon the foundation and success of our quarterbacks."
Prior to landing in Baltimore, Martin spent two seasons on Jeremy Pruitt's staff at Tennessee as the Vols' wide receivers coach/assistant head coach.
Martin also spent seven seasons on USC's staff, including three seasons as the Trojans' offensive coordinator.
The Tennessee legend continues to climb the coaching ladder. It shouldn't be long before Martin finally gets his shot as a head coach.
