Former Tennessee Vols offensive lineman Trey Smith was front and center during WWE Raw on Monday night in Kansas City.

Smith, who is a starting guard for the Kansas City Chiefs, was in the front row along with KC quarterback Patrick Mahomes and several other Chiefs players.

At one point during the event, Mahomes "gave" his Super Bowl rings to Logan Paul to use in the ring.

Smith, just as he does on Sundays in the fall, was quick to protect QB1.

While being part of the event was undoubtedly a cool moment for Mahomes, Smith, and other Kansas City players, it wasn't the main reason the group was at Raw on Monday night.

The Chiefs were there with first responders from Kansas City.

Joey Borgonzi, the young boy who was comforted by Smith — thanks in part to a WWE championship belt — during the shooting at the Chiefs' Super Bowl parade earlier this year, was also at the event with the Chiefs.

Smith and Chiefs offensive lineman Creed Humphrey came out with Borgonzi and first responders to open the show.
