The critics of the Tennessee Vols' offense — specifically the folks that don't believe UT's offense prepares players for the NFL — didn't have a good day on Thursday.

And how could they have?

Everywhere they looked there were reminders that Tennessee's offense excels at preparing players for the NFL.

The day started with former Vols wide receiver Jalin Hyatt — usually the main target of the critics — dominating social media thanks to a dazzling catch he made during New York Giants training camp.

Oh it wasn't just one catch by the way. He made a couple of really nice grabs.

After practice, Giants cornerback Adoreé Jackson made sure to let reporters know that Hyatt is a complete receiver who can run routes just fine.

The bad day continued for the detractors of Tennessee's offense when former UT wide receiver Cedric Tillman was immediately a main part of the Cleveland Browns' offense during the first NFL preseason game of the year.

Tillman got involved in the offense early.

Tillman was also praised for his physicality.

I think all those narratives about the Vols' offense can officially end. Former Tennessee players clearly aren't having major issues adjusting to the NFL. In fact, they're thriving.
