There's going to be a lot to keep up with over the next few days and the Bears are expected to make even more moves in the near future. The legal tampering period will kick off on Monday, March 10 at 12 p.m. ET and the new league year officially starts on Wednesday, March 12 at 4 p.m. ET.
Teams can't legally speak with players on other rosters until the legal tampering period begins, but they can re-sign impending free agents of their own, or trade for other players.
The Bears have already re-signed a few of their own and made two impact trades prior to the start of free agency. They've also tendered multiple ERFAs, bringing them back to Chicago for 2025.
