The Kansas City Chiefs have had a conversation surrounding them for a while now, and Patrick Mahomes just fed into the noise.
The Chiefs have won two Super Bowls in four years and been to three in the same amount of time. An even crazier stat is that this team has not missed one AFC Championship game since Mahomes became the starting quarterback.
Some great quarterbacks never make it to the Super Bowl their whole career, let alone the number of times Mahomes has been to the AFC Championship game.
After this last Super Bowl, a conversation really started to spread on social media and all of the sports talk shows: The Chiefs are becoming a dynasty.
Some think they already are one, some think they are far away, and others think they need just one more ring in the next few years to do that. Well, recently, Mahomes shared his thoughts on the widely talked about sports opinion.
"I think we're the [at] beginning of one," Mahomes explained to the media after practice. "I think, in dynasties, I always say you've got to win three. This could end up being a real dynasty.
