The Kansas City Chiefs could be in a position to do something they haven’t done since Week 9, and it doesn’t look good for the rest of the NFL.

The Chiefs never really deal with injury problems, and even this year they were one of the healthier teams in the league, however they have had some key players miss time.

Mostly at receiver. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Mecole Hardman, and Kadarius Toney have all missed time. The latter returned last week against the Texans, but Mecole Hardman hasn’t played since Week 9.

Hardman's situation could change in Week 16, however. This is because Andy Reid recently said there is a “good chance” Hardman plays on Saturday against the Seattle Seahawks.

"There's a good chance he [Hardman] plays," Reid told reporters Tuesday. "He'll practice with the guys today and we'll see if we can get him in there [in the game] a little bit."

If Hardman goes, we will see the Chiefs' receiver corps all healthy and playing together for the first time since Week 9.

Obviously the Week 9 game wasn’t great against the Tennessee Titans, but those two teams always play each other close. However, look at what that group did against what many are calling the best defense in the league in San Francisco the week before.

Against the 49ers, a healthy Hardman scored a receiving touchdown and two rushing touchdowns. He also scored a touchdown the week before and the week after against Tennessee.

Obviously only time will tell if this does indeed happen, but it's easy to see why having a healthy receiving corps can only bode well for the Chiefs.
