Packers at Bears Final Score Predictions: Green Bay and Chicago face off again under different circumstances in the NFC North
It’s a huge game in the battle to win the NFC North.
The Green Bay Packers beat the Chicago Bears 28-21 two weeks ago, but it feels like everything changed since. The Packers lost Micah Parsons (and more), the Bears are back at the top of the NFC North, and Saturday’s game is huge in the battle to win the divisional and secure a playoff spot.
Once again, we invited our NFC North writers to share their perceptions about the game at Soldier Field.

I was honestly surprised to see the Bears keep things as close as they did against the Packers back in Week 14 after having a strong second half on both sides of the ball. While they ultimately fell short, I think Chicago earned plenty of respect in that game.
The Packers suffered a massive blow last Sunday losing star pass rusher Micah Parsons, and while he’s just one player, I can see that loss playing a major role in the gameplan for both teams. I’m still sticking with a close game on Saturday, but this time the Bears will only need a field goal on the last drive to win it, and I’m comfortable with quarterback Caleb Williams being able to lead his team late into field-goal range to give Cairo Santos another walk-off at Soldier Field.

Everybody has talked ad nauseam about Micah Parsons, and fairly so. But the Packers will likely also be without safety Evan Williams, who was a huge part of the defensive plan to stop the run in the first game — he’s one of the very best safeties to fit the run. Green Bay may be forced to move Javon Bullard from the slot to deep safety, with Nate Hobbs in the slot. Christian Watson may still play, and that’s huge for the offense. Jordan Love will need to have one of those magical games, but after how close the first game was, it’s reasonable to expect the Bears to have a better outcome this time around.

The Packers were able to get out of the first matchup with a late interception and a win. Now, without Micah Parsons and possibly Zach Tom and Christian Watson too, it’s hard to see the Bears not win this game. Especially since they were in position to win when the Packers had all these guys on the field. It’ll be close, the split is on.

The first meeting between these two teams saw the Packers get the win in what ended up being a really close game with Keisean Nixon getting the game-winning interception with less than two minutes to go. When these two teams get together for the second time, it’ll be in Chicago and the best player on either team won’t be playing, as Micah Parsons suffered a torn ACL last week against the Denver Broncos. The Bears aren’t exactly a powerhouse, but Ben Johnson’s offense is clicking, especially in the running game. That continues on Saturday night, as the Bears get one step closer to winning the NFC North title.
