The Green Bay Packers were already without tight end Tucker Kraft (torn ACL) and defensive tackle Devonte Wyatt (lower-leg fracture) for the rest of the season. Suddenly, the situation got dramatically worse on Sunday during the 34-26 loss to the Denver Broncos.

Name by name, let’s update the injury situations around the roster.

EDGE Micah Parsons

It is believed that the star edge rusher suffered a torn ACL. He’s out for the rest of the season and will possibly miss the start of the 2026 regular season as well.

Head coach Matt LaFleur confirmed that “it doesn’t look good.”

On Monday, tests confirmed the serious injury.

WR Christian Watson

Christian Watson left the game with a chest injury after hitting hard on the ground on a deep shot from Jordan Love that ended up being intercepted. Watson was taken to a local Denver hospital but returned to Green Bay with the team. On social media, Watson’s dad shared a positive update.

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported on Monday that it’s not a serious injury, so Watson should be back on the field soon.

RT Zach Tom

He also left the game with a knee injury, but that’s not a long-term one, according to LaFleur. However, it is also a concerning situation.

The head coach said Tom’s injury might keep him out for a week or more, but the situation is unclear for now. Darian Kinnard stepped in at right tackle.

TE Josh Whyle

The third tight end on the roster left the game in the first half with a concussion. Now he enters the protocol and can’t play before getting out of it. With a short week ahead, as the Packers play the Chicago Bears on Saturday, Josh Whyle may miss Week 16’s game, but it usually doesn’t keep players off the field for long.

S Evan Williams

Evan Williams also suffered a knee injury and didn’t return to the game. LaFleur didn’t share details about it during his press conference. ESPN’s Rob Demovsky reported that it’s not a long-term issue, though.
