The Indianapolis Colts are currently on break until players and coaches report for their 2025 training camp on July 22.
How each person chooses to spend that time is up to them. Two Colts players are spending a portion of their time bettering themselves as players at the second annual Sack Summit hosted by NFL veterans Maxx Crosby, Von Miller, and Cam Jordan.
Kwity Paye and Laiatu Latu are participating at the Sack Summit ahead of training camp

A pair of Colts first round picks in Laiatu Latu and Kwity Paye are taking part in this year's Sack Summit. Latu was the Colts' first round pick in 2024, and Paye was the team's first round pick in 2021. Both have a lot to prove and gain in 2025 as the favorites to be day one starters for the Colts' defense. Latu can prove to be the alpha pass rusher the Colts have been searching for, and Paye is entering the final year of his rookie contract and seeking a second deal with the team.
Being able to pick the brains of some of the most successful pass rushers in the NFL is an invaluable aspect of the Sack Summit. Multiple well respected current players will be in attendance for sure, but retired legends will also join them. Former players Chris Long and Shawn Merriman are in attendance, as well as former Colts Robert Mathis and Brian Baldinger. We will have to see if Latu and Paye can use this opportunity to help them hit the ground running during training camp in a little less than a month.

Speed and Grant Stuard leave in free agency, which leaves them pretty thin at LB for the 2025 season. They could use any high upside options to add to their LB […]
3 available free agents that could still help the Colts’ defense if they signed them before training camp
The Indianapolis Colts shocked their fan base by being significantly more active in free agency than they have been in recent memory. They added CB Charvarius Ward and S Cam Bynum during the early stages of free agency to reshape their defense. They still have some obvious holes that could be filled if they choose to […]
