The highly anticipated debut of rookie corner Julius Brents occurred vs. the Ravens in Week 3, and it was worth the wait.

The Indianapolis Colts rookie CB made the most of his debut, earning the highest grade of any Colts defender from Pro Football Focus.

Brents' high grades go beyond just the Colts, though, as he scored the 4th highest of any CB in the NFL during Week 3. He also received an 89.3 coverage score from PFF, the 4th best score of any CB during Week 3 so far.

These scores show just how great Brents' NFL debut was this past week. And it should give Colts fans hope for the trajectory of his future. The Colts have been looking for a long-term answer at CB since Vonte Davis' stint with the team, and the 2023 2nd-round pick Brents is showing signs of being that answer.
