The Super Bowl LX halftime show is officially set, with Bad Bunny to perform at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California. This decision has caused some controversy, but Will Compton and Taylor Lewan of Bussin With The Boys revealed their reason for thinking it’s the wrong choice, and it’s very different from what’s being said.

Specifically, it centers around the fiancée of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

“I think the NFL might have made a mistake making Bad Bunny the halftime show,” Lewan said on Up & Adams with Kay Adams. “First off, give credit to Bad Bunny. Future friend of the show. Did an amazing job in Happy Gilmore 2. He’s talented in singing and acting and all the things in between; however, it should have been the Swifties.”

Swift was rumored to be in talks about doing the halftime show, but clearly things didn’t work out.

“She’s be integrating in this world of football. She’s been meshing two completely different cultures into one another, and you see it in the NFL with the cap space going up and up,” Lewan added. “We don’t know how much longer Travis Kelce with us in uniform, let’s make Taylor Swift the halftime show.”

Adams then brought up that the reason she may not be doing it is because Kelce is still playing, so maybe it’ll be happen when he actually hangs up his cleats.

“That’s a very fair point,” Compton responded.

Roger Goodell Teased A Possible Taylor Swift Halftime Show

During an appearance on the Today Show, NFL commissioner Roger Goodell was asked if it was possible Swift could take the stage at Super Bowl LX on Sunday, Feb. 8.

“We would always love to have Taylor play. She is a special, special talent, and obviously she would be welcome at any time,” Goodell responded.

“Is it in the works?” Savannah Guthrie asked.

“I can’t tell you anything about it,” Goodell replied.

“Is it a maybe?” Guthrie followed up.

“It’s a maybe,” he said.
