One of the Kansas City Chiefs' biggest rivals is eager to see some of the footage in the new documentary of Patrick Mahomes.
As we all know, the Netflix docuseries "Quarterback" is set to release on Wednesday, as it will go through the daily lives of Mahomes, Marcus Mariota, and Kirk Cousins. Based on the sneak peeks we have seen, it looks amazing.
There is one moment in particular that most fans can't wait to see – when Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby and Mahomes butted heads in their matchup in 2022. Tempers flared, and words were said. Now, on Wednesday, we will get to see some of what was said.
Recently Crosby was asked about his and Mahomes' relationship.
"It's great," Crosby said. "After the games, he always comes up to me, and I always go up to him. But when it's between the quarters, he knows what time it is, and I know what time it is when he is out there."
Then he was told about the footage from Week 5 matchup and that Mahomes was miked up.
"Oh, that's sick. Oh yeah, I need to see that."
These two respect each other, but neither holds back when it's time to play. It's going to be fun watching and seeing just how much we don't know about Mahomes.
