The Kansas City Chiefs completed their final practice session ahead of their Week 15 tilt with the Cleveland Browns.

Chiefs head coach Andy Reid updated reporters on the elephant in the room: the status of LT D.J. Humphries. He was a non-participant in practice for the third straight day, which doesn't bode well for his chances. Yet, Reid was unwilling to rule him out of Sunday's game against the Browns.

"As far as guys that didn't practice today, D.J. [Humphries] did not practice today," Reid said. "So we'll just keep, keep on with this thing and see, see where we end up with by by Sunday. So, the other guys worked in and did a nice job. Kind of had a little rotation going there. We'll just see where we end up."

Harrison Butker and Hollywood Brown practiced for Kansas City on Friday. Reid ruled out Brown but left the possibility open that Butker could play as well.

"He did alright," Reid said of Butker. "Again, I'm hesitant to say anything. Just see how. You know how he is after this practice, how it went there that specialties practice earlier, so just see, see where he's at. Yeah, there's a chance (that Butker could play). So, I won't lead you one way or another here."

Here's a look at each of the final injury reports for both teams, complete with game status designations. . .

Observations:

  • The Chiefs used the doubtful designation on Humphries. It's the first time in recent memory that they've used that designation. It's possible that the team rules him out on Saturday and that he doesn't travel to Cleveland.
  • Harrison Butker was given a questionable game status designation. He'll need to be activated to the 53-man roster if he's to play in Week 15's game against the Browns. The latest the Chiefs can activate Butker is Saturday afternoon.

Observations:

  • Tillman won't be back for the Browns this week, but Mike Hall and Myles Harden could return.
  • Late-week practice injury for LB Khaleke Hudson. Those are rarely a good sign.
  • Despite not practicing all week, the Browns are holding out some hope that David Njoku can play.
