The Kansas City Chiefs and Denver Broncos will soon kick off their Week 10 AFC West showdown.
Injuries have been the story for Kansas City as of late, but the team is getting much healthier and Week 10 will reflect that. Two players will return to the lineup after missing Week 9's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with injury. As for the Broncos, they're also getting some reinforcements with a defensive back in the lineup after missing Week 9 against the Baltimore Ravens.

Broncos inactive players:

- DL Eyioma Uwazurike
- CB Kris Abrams-Draine
- QB Zach Wilson
- G Calvin Throckmorton
- OL Frank Crum
- DB Keidron Smith
Observations:
Chiefs RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire is a healthy scratch for the fourth consecutive week.
Despite being listed as questionable, DT Tershawn Wharton is active and will play on Sunday. Andy Reid said Wharton "did a pretty good job" after getting a limited practice session in on Friday.
DE Mike Danna and CB Nazeeh Johnson will return on Sunday after missing last week's game due to injuries. With Danna back in the lineup, the Chiefs opted to make Cam Thomas inactive.
The Chiefs activated LB Cole Christiansen and WR Justyn Ross from the practice squad via standard elevation on Saturday. Both players are active for Week 10. Kansas City only needs to make six players inactive because they have a free spot on the 53-man roster.
Broncos S P.J. Locke returns to the lineup after missing Week 9 with a thumb injury.
