The Kansas City Chiefs are nearly a dynasty when you think about it. They have only won one ring, so I wouldn't put them there yet, but they are right there in the conversation.

Since 2018 the Chiefs have been to the AFC Championship game every year, and the Super Bowl twice with one win out of it. That's elite. And with that, comes responsibility. When you are that good for so long, you have a responsibility to the fans to keep it up. It isn't fair, really.

Chiefs fans are known for a few things. First, they are known for being the loudest fans in the league, and they take pride in that. I mean, literally, they hold the record in the NFL stadium for most decimals.

Secondly, they are known for having unrealistic expectations. These fans expect the Chiefs to win every single game every year. Unfortunately, it is hard to win in the NFL, and not every team can win every single game. The last time a team went undefeated they didn't even win the Super Bowl that year.

And lastly, Chiefs fans are known for being harsh. If things don't go their way, it just might be the end of the world. When they don't beat the Buffalo Bills, which they didn't in the regular season last year, then the sky is actually falling.

One former Chiefs player feels the exact same way, as he said very similar things on Twitter. Alex Okafor, who used to play on the defense, feels like the Chiefs fans have unrealistic expectations. Here is what he said on Twitter.

"Why does it always feel like the sky’s falling after a Chiefs loss?? Fans & media take the fun away in watching bc of unrealistic expectations for this team year in and year out. For a team depending on so many young players, I felt like it was a strong showing for the Chiefs"

I kind of agree with him. This loss to the Bills was more promising in my eyes than it was bad. I love the way the team played considering all of the things they had going against them.

This team has so much potential, but if you keep your expectations low, you can't get hurt. They won't win the Super Bowl every year, because no team has done that. Just remember that.
