The Kansas City Chiefs are slated to play a Christmas Day matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders are entering this game in a must-win situation, where if they lose, they are pretty much done with a dream of the playoffs. So, the Chiefs know they will be getting the Raiders best.

As for Kansas City, they are comfortable in first place in the division, but if they win out, they will have a chance at getting the one seed in the AFC and potentially hosting a playoff game, along with a first-round bye – if they get that bye week.

For the Chiefs, they are scheduled to potentially get some very key players back. Mecole Hardman, Isiah Pacheco, and Donovan Smith all returned to practice on Thursday. Every player's practice status stayed the same on Friday besides Donovan Smith, who was limited on Thursday and did not practice on Friday.

If Smith did suffer a setback, which we don't quite know, it shouldn't be too much of an issue, considering how well Wanya Morris has been playing at left tackle as a rookie. RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire (excused/personal), LT Donovan Smith, WR Kadarius Toney, and RB Jerick McKinnon all did not practice today.

Here is what the rest of the injury report looks like for both teams, in greater detail:
