Kansas City Chiefs, Rashad Fenton

The Kansas City Chiefs had a key player on their defense leave the game early with an injury.

Rashad Fenton recently got done rehabbing a shoulder injury and showed up to training camp late, last week to be exact. During the second quarter, Fenton appeared injured on the field. A few minutes later, the Chiefs were pulling the blue medical tent up, and it was announced that Fenton was done for the day with a groin injury.

The Chiefs will need him during the season, but it looks like there could be a problem with him missing. However, the chances are slim he will miss week one, as it's just a groin injury according to the Chiefs' Twitter account.

Let's hope Fenton is okay, but you never want to see a guy who was just injured, get re-injured in just his first football action of the season.

After he left, some of the other defensive backs made some good plays. Deon Bush and Joshua Williams are just a few that caught my eye

The Chiefs will likely keep us updated on the injury.
