It's been a long time since the Kansas City Chiefs started a season with a loss, since 2014, to be exact, where they lost to the Tennessee Titans 26-10. The loss to the Detroit Lions is a loss, nonetheless, but it's nothing to panic about, at least not enough to think the Chiefs are done.

They have a tough opponent coming up in Week 2 in the Jacksonville Jaguars, who won their Week 1 matchup over the Indianapolis Colts 31-21.

Before that, they beat the Jaguars in 2018, 2016, 2013, and 2010 and lost to them in 2006.

It's fair to say the Chiefs have more than
