The Kansas City Chiefs continued preparations for Week 2 of the 2024 NFL season on Thursday with their second practice ahead of their tilt with the Cincinnati Bengals.

For the second consecutive practice session, the Chiefs were without WR Hollywood Brown and the Bengals were without WR Tee Higgins. With the final practice of the week drawing near, it's looking more and more likely that the teams will be without both players.

For Kansas City, that means more Xavier Worthy, who should be freshly motivated after some disparaging comments from Bengals CB Cam Taylor-Britt. For Cincinnati, that means more Trenton Irwin, who caught one pass for six yards last week and had one reception for four yards against the Chiefs in Week 17 of 2023.
