The Kansas City Chiefs completed their final practice session ahead of their Week 16 tilt with the Las Vegas Raiders.

The team has dealt with some injury issues in the second half of the season, and while they'll have a few players returning to action, the offense is getting some coal in their stocking for Week 16. Andy Reid addressed media members and ruled out three players ahead of the game with Las Vegas.

Here's everything you need to know about the situation.

Three players ruled out for Week 16:

For the third consecutive week, rookie OT Wanya Morris will get the start at left tackle. Starting LT Donovan Smith was ruled out after a limited practice to start the week and consecutive non-participant practices. He continues to deal with a neck stinger injury.

WR Kadarius Toney (hip) was ruled out after failing to practice all week. You probably won't hear Chiefs fans complaining about that absence.

RB Jerick McKinnon (groin) also was ruled out after not practicing all week. His absence could prove to be significant. Isiah Pacheco (shoulder) is expected back in the lineup this week, but Clyde Edwards-Helaire is the only running back on the 53-man roster who is fully healthy.

The Chiefs will be unable to elevate RBs La'Mical Perine and Deneric Prince from the practice squad. They've used all three standard elevations for both players. This week could be RB Keaontay Ingram's first action since joining the practice squad at the end of November.

Will Mecole Hardman be activated and play?

Hardman was designated to return with his 21-day practice window opening, but will he return in Week 16 against the Raiders? Andy Reid weighed in on his practice week.

"Mecole (Hardman) did a good job," Reid said. "He was working out there and looked fast."

As for whether he'll play in a pivotal matchup, it sounds like it might be another week before he returns to action.

"We'll see," Reid said. "We'll see how it goes."
