The Kansas City Chiefs were able to put on a master class of a game against the Green Bay Packers, to win their third and final preseason game. This game was so important because of the significance of this upcoming Tuesday when the Chiefs have to cut their roster from 80 to 53 players for the regular season.

On Thursday, there were several players on the offense that I believed solidified their roster spot. Here are the three that stood out the most.

TE Matt Bushman

This has to be a no-brainer for the Chiefs. In my opinion, Bushman has shown more in the last preseason game than Blake Bell and Noah Gray have combined.

Bushman had two huge touchdowns in the game. He also hauled in three receptions for 73 yards, one of the receptions being that long 54-yarder that he scored on, where it seemed like Bushman found a way to get wide open.

He definitely proved that he deserved a roster spot on Thursday. Blake Bell's recent hip injury could help him find his way onto the roster, as well. If Bell goes on IR, he'll miss at least the first four games of the season, which could give Bushman just enough of an opportunity to make the final 53.

WR Daurice Fountain

I picked Fountain as a guy to watch prior to the game, and it looks like I was right. The Packers have a good defense, even with some second-team guys in there. So, the Chiefs spread the ball around a bit, and Fountain got his share.

Fountain has been the second-leading receiver for most of the preseason. Thursday he was as well. Fountain finished with three targets, and caught two of them for 36 yards, including his big 29-yard reception.

He showed his separation at the top of routes was good, and he showed a level of speed that we know the Chiefs love. Plus, he's a good special teamer, so his spot is locked up.

RB Isiah Pacheco

There was so much hype for Pacheco coming into this game. So a lot of you will ask why he is even on this list. Well, no matter the hype, a seventh-round pick is almost never guaranteed a roster spot, and why would they? On Thursday, Pacheco showed us more than we have seen all preseason.

Pacheco showed that even with a second-team offensive line that isn't very good, he can produce. Pacheco only rushed the ball 10 times but was still extremely productive.

In those carries, he finished with 52 yards and had a big 13-yard run, he showed a great ability to hit the open gaps with a huge burst of speed. He also kept pushing through defenders, making them have to have a second effort.
