The Kansas City Chiefs and their fans have received some good news, per Andy Reid and the franchise quarterback Patrick Mahomes.

The source is from the man himself, who told media on Wednesday, that he is "Good to go" for Sunday after dealing with what looked to be a pretty nasty high ankle sprain.

All week long the media has covered this injury as we have never seen before, and rightfully so. The MVP of the league in 2022 is about to play in the AFC Championship game after a huge injury.

But, head coach Andy Reid gave an update during practice that should make all Chiefs fans a bit more excited about this weekend.

That's right, the guy can't be taken down it seems. There is nothing, besides his kneecap being on the side of his leg, that can keep him from playing football.

It's still something to monitor though, as a sprain can get worse throughout the week, especially if he is still practicing.

Hopefully, Mahomes is okay, for his sake and for Chiefs fans' sanity.
