Kansas State uses play called "Mahomes" in NCAA Tournament win

It's tournament season, which means no football is on, sadly. But, that hasn't stopped the greatest player in football from getting his name mentioned during the March Madness games.
If you are a Chiefs fan and you live near Kansas City, in either Missouri or Kansas, you are likely either a Kansas, Kansas State, or Missouri fan. All three teams made the tournament, and all three teams won a game.
But only one of them still remains and it's the Kansas State Wildcats, who are the three seed and heading to the Sweet 16, outlasting their counterpart, the defending champion Kansas Jayhawks who fell to Arkansas in upset fashion.
Kansas State will now look to play Michigan State, but they may not have gotten there if it weren't for a play called "Mahomes" the Wildcats used in the final seconds of their win over Kentucky.
"We have our own and we actually call it, we actually call it Mahomes for Patrick Mahomes, the quarterback for the super bowl champion, Kansas City Chiefs," Kansas State head coach Jerome Tang said after the win.
The play consisted of three guys lined up next to each other in the out-of-bounds area, while one guy with the ball is further down the baseline.
The play starts and the players act as if they are running a route, but set a screen for one guy to catch the ball, and have enough time to run off the clock before Kentucky can foul him.
Hopefully, as the only Missouri-Kansas team left, they can make a deep run in the tournament.
I'd like to think Mahomes may like this play.
