It's no secret that the Kansas City Chiefs need more receivers and that they will likely take at least one in the upcoming draft. This receiver class isn't the deepest or the best for that matter, but they need at least one now.

The Chiefs have had visits with roughly seven of the receiver prospects in this draft, so, as we said, they are heavily interested.

Their latest visit wasn't like any of the other ones. This one was something that I'm willing to put money on that Patrick Mahomes may have wanted. Now, that isn't confirmed, but it makes sense.

Per Adam Schefter of ESPN, Boston College wide receiver Zay Flowers is in Texas on Wednesday to work out with Mahomes at the request of the team. Flowers believed his pre-draft process was over after visiting the Titans on Tuesday…until the Chiefs called and asked him to meet up today with Mahomes.

Flowers is the second-rated receiver in this draft by most big boards. There is a huge chance he won't be available at pick number 31, so, if they were to get him it would be by trading up.

Mahomes is spoiled with this franchise, as he should be. What he wants, he gets.
