The Kansas City Chiefs' two superstars are making headlines again, but this time with their recent purchase. The two of them bought and are investing in another sports franchise.
The two announced on Tuesday morning that they would be investing in Formula 1 team Alpine Racing LTD. F1, or Formula 1, is becoming a huge sport in America and everywhere worldwide. It's growing by the second, and the two of them getting into the sport is a huge opportunity.
Earlier this offseason, Patrick and Brittany Mahomes were actually spotted at an F1 event in Miami, Florida. Mahomes said he loved it, and it looks like he fell in love ever since.
Here is the statement Mahomes put out on Tuesday:

Mahomes added another sports franchise to his list. He now has part ownership of BWT Alpine F1 Team, the KC Current, Sporting KC, the Kansas City Royals, and the Miami Pickleball Club.
