The Kansas City Chiefs superstar is starring in a new docuseries on Netflix, and on Thursday, he let fans in on what they can expect.

Patrick Mahomes, Philadelphia Eagles quarterback and former Atlanta Falcons quarterback Marcus Mariota, and Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins are all starring in a docuseries about the daily life of a quarterback.

Mahomes lets the media in on what they and the fans can expect. Even a lot had to get taken out because, according to Mahomes, he gets a little wild.

"I've watched pretty much all of it," Mahomes told reporters on Thursday. "It's gonna be cool for everybody to see — and there's a lot more of the, 'I'm like that' stuff that I left in there. I couldn't leave it all in there because I say a lot of wild stuff out there.

"They're gonna see how different I am here [in press conferences] than I am on the field," said Mahomes. "I think that's the biggest thing that you're going to see. I tried to cut out as much profanity as I could. But it's hard; you would get nothing in the whole game."

It sounds like we will see Mahomes on more of a level than we do now, which is pretty much surface-level. The best and most talented quarterback in the league, and maybe all-time, is a competitive guy who trash talks, boasts, and is confident, and sometimes we don't see that. Seeing him in the series will be pretty cool.

"So it's really cool," Mahomes continued. "Hopefully, they pick up another season — and we get some other quarterbacks, [so] you can also see their perspective."

Sure, letting other quarterbacks do it next season would be cool. But, do you know what would be even better; doing a series on Mahomes and Travis Kelce in-season—just a thought.
