The Kansas City Chiefs beat the Denver Broncos in what was a game way closer than we thought it would be. Because of the two records these teams have, and how they have been complete opposites during the season, this game was supposed to be a blowout, but it wasn't.

It wasn't an easy win for the Chiefs, even if it looked like it would end up being easy after they went up 27-0. The Broncos actually ended up scoring 21 straight, making the game one that gave Chiefs' fans a heart attack.

While the game wasn't as pretty as we had maybe hoped for, the Chiefs had one play that will have people talking about it for a while, and the guy who finished the play off had the best point of view.

"Pat (Mahomes) made an amazing play," Jerick McKinnon said. "I can't keep saying that enough. Once he gets out of the pocket is when he definitely shows how special of a player he is. He does a great job of keeping his eyes downfield and making things happen.

"That's definitely what happened. You know, the guys, they ran up like he was going to scramble, and then he made a crazy little side arm pass upfield. I was able to get to it, Noah Gray had great blocking downfield and I was able to come away with six. So it's definitely a blessing to be a part of a great play like that."

McKinnon had a great game himself, as he was the Chiefs leading receiver on the day with 112 receiving yards and two receiving touchdowns.

He is starting to show that he should be more than the third-string running back, too. He can catch, run, and block out of the backfield, and we saw a little bit of that on the play that went 56 yards for a touchdown.

Mahomes showed his magic once again, even in a game where many think he "played badly" due to the three interceptions.

The Chiefs are a highlight reel in themselves. Every week they do something that just seems insane.
