On Wednesday, the NFL announced that the defending Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs will travel to Frankfurt, Germany in early November, to play in one of the two 2023 NFL Germany games. 

The Chiefs will face off against the Miami Dolphins on November 5th, at Frankfurt Stadium, home of Eintracht Frankfurt.

With the NFL's popularity growing worldwide, the league has made an increased effort towards sending NFL teams abroad for games in places like London, Frankfurt, and Mexico City.

This will be the third overseas game for the Chiefs.

In 2015, they beat the Lions 45-10 in London, then in 2019, they beat the Chargers 24-17 in Mexico City.
